96 Cent Design Wall

Yes ..it is true!;-)
All 60" X 102" of it!
A vinyl table cloth with flannel backing brand new in package.

I put it over my door.
Which for now has to work for me and it does!

I can make it longer but this will work great for doing pieced blocks.
Besides which Cocoa Kitty CAN NOT rearrange them on there either...;-)

I want to thank each of you for your kind words about my BEEN THINKING post.
Such lovely sweet peeps you all are! ((((YOU))))..hugs!
I am NOT LEAVING BLOG LAND or anything like that.
I am just trying NOT to spend so much time sitting here on my PC.

I am too nosy rosy not to pop into see what you are all up too!
So by pacing my time online I should have more of MY THINGS to share!

  2. Great find on that vinyl table cloth. I've known about them but not used them before because I didn't think I had any room. Never thought about putting it on the door. Will have to try that. Thanks.

  6. Hmmm...I wouldn't have any UFO's at all, if I spent as much time sewing as I do on the computer! LOL Maybe I should follow your lead!

  7. You are one smart cookie. I always buy those tablecloths at thrift stores to use when I'm felting or dying, but a design wall? Who woulda thunk?

  11. Maybe some of us should get a sheet/notebook and make ourselves "log-in" each time we are on the internet--that might help control some of our time!!!!!!
    Oh Well--it was an idea!!!
    Hugs and smiles, Di

  12. Great idea for a design wall. I now have other uses running through my head too, probably easier to make a flannel board with the plastic making it flexible yet easier to attach to cardboard. Anyway, really good find! I am glad you will not be leaving blog land my friend!

  13. Oh I understand about too much time on the computer. I had to give it up for awhile just to get things done. So I'll have to visit everyone by spacing them out and not staying on it for hours. I missed coming by though.
Love all your .96 finds. I didn't think about putting a tablecloth on the door. My walls are pretty much full.
