Hot!

Sure hope everyone is trying to stay cool!! We are headed into some hot nasty temps around here.
Not much to report here. Still improving, so PT says, just slowly. I go to PT 3 days a week. Not much else happening, sort of boring really! I do the drive into town to PT then Kim will drive me home! Hard to stay positive but I am trying!
Here is our 10 day forecast! YIKES! Hope power stays on!! May have to pawn my fabric stash to pay AC bill!;-)

  1. I'm glad your healing is coming along, and understand completely how you'd like to be able to do more and how draining driving to town for therapy can be. (I'm in therapy for a head injury; town is 40+ miles away; today I have 4 different therapies. It's a challenge; quiltmaking is a lot more fun than therapy!)
Hang in there. You will get your sewing room redone and will be able to create soon!

  4. This is one of those times I'm excited that I live in the Pacific Northwest.Recovery from your surgery is slow. I know you're ready to start running and jumping. Please don't rush it. It takes time to re-train those muscles, nerves and joints.

Big hugs. Hopefully some sunshine will arrive in today's mail! :-)
